119 Partners was founded by Alan Wilson and Dan Petrovic to bring practical AI capability together with a deep understanding of financial services.
Between us, we have built funds and teams, led large organisations and managed people through change. We understand the commercial pressures, regulatory responsibilities and operational realities that shape decisions—from growing businesses to complex enterprises.
That experience shapes our approach: AI must work for your people, fit your business and deliver value you can measure. Our experience spans the UK, Europe, the US and Asia, complemented by partner relationships in the US and India.
Alan brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling technology across banking, fintech and regulated markets. He has delivered critical platforms for Barclays, JPMorgan and HSBC and led global engineering and operations teams. Combining COO and CTO leadership with deep technical expertise, he helps businesses turn complex challenges into practical solutions, with governance and resilience built in.
Dan brings 30 years of experience in product management, business development and enterprise sales across financial services. His leadership experience includes SEI Investments and spans global institutions, investment management and digital-asset ventures. He helps funds, asset managers and growing businesses strengthen operations, prepare for investor scrutiny and enter new markets, combining commercial insight with practical experience of building and scaling businesses.
